Born in Texas but raised in Tennessee, Stephen has been a native of Nashville for over 25 years. As a graduate from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science which he used when serving in the role of Wellness Director at the Brentwood Family YMCA. He stems from a family of REALTORS^® that ignited his passion to start his own career in the booming industry of real estate in 2016. Stephen utilizes his clear communication skills and tactical negotiation strategies to serve his clients at the highest level, always putting their needs first. He’s a true 'people person' when it comes to understanding the needs and desires of others.

In 2019, Stephen created an exciting initiative called Rent Less, Own More! with the goal of empowering first time home buyers with the right tools and knowledge to make the home buying process smooth, simple and fun. Stephen was honored to accept the Gold Award of Excellence from Greater Nashville REALTORS^® and has achieved top producer status with over 40M year over year sales in his career.

In 2022, after working as a Broker for Compass and managing an office in West Nashville, Stephen made the decision to take a leap of faith and create a company that integrated Nashville’s community into all foundational aspects of a real estate business. This is where House Haven Realty came to life.
